Common questions
How do I install GetTryOn on my Shopify store?
Install from the Shopify App Store. The app provisions automatically on first open — there are no API keys to copy and no account to create separately. From the app's admin page, use "Open theme editor" to activate the widget on your product pages.
Which products does the try-on button appear on?
All product pages by default. You can exclude specific collections from the app's admin page.
How does the try-on work?
A shopper uploads a photo of themselves, and our AI generates an image of them wearing your garment. The result is a visualization, not a fit or sizing measurement.
What happens to shopper photos?
They are stored encrypted in the European Union and automatically deleted no later than 60 days after upload. We never use them to train AI models, and you as the merchant do not receive them. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
What happens when I run out of generations?
The try-on button is hidden for the rest of the billing period. Nothing breaks on your storefront, and shoppers never see an error. Upgrade your plan to resume immediately.
How do I uninstall?
Uninstall from your Shopify admin like any other app. The widget disappears from your storefront immediately and your store data is deleted.
